Salary Up to ₹40,000 per month, based on your experience and track record.

• 91HR has been in recruitment for 11 years. We’ve worked with 400+ employers across 16 sectors and made 7,000+ placements. Our offices are in Goa and Pune. This role is fully remote.What you’ll doOwn requisitions end to end, from entry-level volume roles to senior leadership and CXO hires
• Source through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals and direct headhunting
• Screen and assess candidates, then submit only the ones who fit
• Manage candidates through interviews, offer, negotiation and joining
• Take briefs from account managers and clients, and push back when a brief doesn’t match the market
• Keep your pipeline and tracker updated daily
• What you need2 to 6 years in non-IT recruitment, agency experience preferred
• A track record you can put numbers on: daily submissions, placements per month, and total CTC value placed
• Experience with both volume hiring and senior or niche hiring
• Strong sourcing skills beyond just job boards
• Clear communication in English and Hindi
• Your own laptop, stable internet and a quiet place to work

Working days Monday to Saturday. 1st and 4th Saturdays off.
