The Talent Acquisition process focuses on identifying talent requirements, creating and managing candidate pipelines, sourcing prospective candidates, conducting candidate screening and assessments, coordinating interviews, managing offers, and supporting onboarding activities while ensuring quality, compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

• Communicate process updates and provide status information to candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruiting cycle.
• Manage assessments in alignment with position requirements and coordinate scheduling for interviews or panel sessions.
• Assess candidate qualifications, prepare offer letters, and extend offers accordingly.
• Stay informed on market trends and recruitment practices across various geographical locations.
• Contribute to improving delivery, quality, diversity, and cost efficiency within recruiting processes.

HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• Advanced proficiency in Candidate Screening.
• A minimum of 1 of experience in relevant related skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.

• Fluent in both French and English
• Intermediate proficiency in communication skills.
• Intermediate proficiency in relationship building.
• Beginner proficiency in market research.
• Intermediate proficiency in problem solving.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.

The recruiting efforts for this position are intended to fill an existing vacancy. The base pay range shown below is intended as a guideline to reflect the majority of offers for this role. It does not represent a maximum limit — in some cases, actual compensation may exceed the range where appropriate.
