As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a recruiter to join our supportive, hybrid team on a 3-month contract , with the possibility of extending for a further 3 months. This is a talent-focused role where you'll partner closely with hiring managers to understand what great looks like, identify exceptional candidates, and help us build strong pipelines across a variety of roles. You'll have the support of an experienced team behind you, allowing you to focus on what you do best: finding and engaging great talent. What you'll be doing: Partnering with hiring managers to understand hiring needs Sourcing and attracting exceptional talent Building and managing talent pipelines Screening candidates and coordinating interviews Delivering a great candidate experience throughout the recruitment process What we're looking for: 1-5 years' recruitment experience in an agency or fast-paced internal recruitment environment A passion for finding and engaging great talent Strong relationship-building and communication skills A proactive, organised, and energetic approach If you love the challenge of uncovering great talent and enjoy working with hiring managers to make great hiring decisions, we'd love to hear from you.
