Job Overview:

We are looking for a Recruiter to join our recruitment team and support the full candidate sourcing and screening process for multiple roles. This position will be responsible for identifying and attracting qualified candidates through a variety of sourcing platforms and AI-powered recruiting tools, conducting initial candidate assessments, maintaining organized talent pipelines, and coordinating recruitment activities throughout the hiring process.

The ideal candidate has previous experience in recruitment, strong candidate sourcing and screening skills, and hands-on experience with AI-powered recruiting tools such as Juicebox, SourceWhale, PIN, or Metaview. Excellent English communication skills are essential, as the role requires frequent interaction with candidates and internal stakeholders. The successful candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple recruitment processes and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct end-to-end candidate sourcing using various platforms and tools.
• Perform initial screening calls to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and interest.
• Review and evaluate candidate resumes, profiles, and application materials.
• Maintain, update, and organize candidate pipelines to ensure accurate tracking.
• Coordinate with the hiring team to understand role requirements and priorities.
• Coordinate interviews and recruitment activities throughout the hiring process.
• Provide timely follow-ups and status updates on candidate progress.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment
• process.
• Support candidate selection and other recruitment-related activities as needed.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or candidate sourcing.
• Proven experience with end-to-end candidate sourcing and initial screening.
• Hands-on experience using AI-powered recruiting tools, such as Juicebox, SourceWhale, PIN, Metaview, or similar platforms.
• Strong proficiency in LinkedIn and other candidate sourcing platforms.
• Experience evaluating resumes, candidate profiles, and qualifications against job requirements.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment CRMs, or candidate pipeline management tools.
• Strong knowledge of candidate screening, interview coordination, and recruitment process management.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes and maintain accurate candidate records.
