Recruiter – Blue Collar Hiring (Phú Mỹ)

Are You Ready to Accelerate Your Career? As a Cielo Recruiter supporting GE Vernova, you will be responsible for service excellence throughout the recruitment cycle. You will act as a brand ambassador, focusing on delivering exceptional talent while providing proactive and timely communication. This role supports high-volume production and logistics hiring within manufacturing environments. Work Location: Phumy, Vietnam Work Setup: 3 days onsite per week Language(s): Language(s): Ability to manage stakeholder relationships and deliver recruitment activities, with working proficiency in both Vietnamese and English for daily business communication Work Hours: Standard Working Hours Duties and Responsibilities: Lead detailed intake meetings with hiring managers to determine position specifications, providing relevant market data and recommendations. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and departments to develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies. Evaluate candidate profiles against position requirements and deliver strong candidate slates while building talent pipelines. Keep candidates engaged throughout the process with timely updates on their progress. Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details, using market data and compensation guidelines to support recommendations. Position Requirements: Minimum 2 years recruitment experience. Experience in high-volume hiring. Ability to work onsite in industrial environments. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools. Understanding of local employment practices and hiring regulations. Preferred: Experience in manufacturing or logistics recruitment.
