We're Hiring: Recruiter — Full-Cycle Hiring Across Multiple Roles | Remote

We are a fast-growing company hiring across several departments, including sales, customer service, client success, and creative roles like video editing. We're looking for a high-performing recruiter to own our hiring pipeline end to end: sourcing, screening, and placing great people into these roles quickly.

If you have experience in recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or high-volume sourcing, we want to hear from you.

Compensation

Base: $1,000/month

Placement commission: $100 for each hire who remains with the company for 30 days

On-target earnings: $1,500–$3,000/month

Performance bonuses

What You'll Do

Source and attract candidates for open roles across sales, customer service, client success, and video editing

Screen applicants and run the first round of the interview process

Present qualified candidates to hiring managers with clear summaries

Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates through each stage

Track all applicants and keep our hiring pipeline organized and up to date

Keep candidates engaged and informed from first contact through offer

Consistently hit hiring and submission targets

Requirements

Proven recruiting, sourcing, or staffing experience

Experience hiring for sales, support, or creative roles is a strong plus

Strong English communication and follow-up skills

Organized and detail-oriented

Comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment

Experience with job boards, ATS, or sourcing tools is a strong plus
