We are a US-based company hiring a full-time remote role based in Mexico. This is a direct internal hire for MyMarketer. This is not a staffing or recruitment agency posting. Pay will be in USD, between $1,500–$2,500 per month, depending on experience. At MyMarketer, we provide small businesses with highly capable part-time Marketing Assistants. What makes our company unique is that while our marketers support their clients, we continue supporting them behind the scenes through training, community, AI tools, and ongoing development. That’s where YOU come in. This role will work closely with our HR & Operations Manager and help us continue building an amazing team of marketers. You’ll play a big part in helping shape the MyMarketer experience behind the scenes. One day you might be interviewing an amazing marketing candidate. The next, brainstorming a fun virtual event for our marketers. The next, helping organize a MyMarketer University session around AI tools or fresh marketing ideas. You will help us: identify and recruit strong marketing talent support marketers throughout their experience with MyMarketer help build community and engagement inside our team support MMUs and internal education help improve our hiring and people systems as we grow This is a people-focused marketing role. You should enjoy helping people feel connected, keeping things organized, and spotting strong marketing talent. Responsibilities As a People & Marketing Community Manager, you may be asked to help in a variety of areas, such as: Recruiting & Talent Reviewing applications, Sourcing strong marketing candidates, Communicating with applicants, Coordinating interviews, Helping evaluate candidates, Creating and improving hiring assignments. Community & Culture Helping marketers feel genuinely connected and supported, Supporting our virtual community, Organizing team engagement activities, Celebrating wins and milestones, Hosting brainstorms, clubs, coffee chats, or virtual events, Creating fun ways for marketers to learn from each other, Helping build a team culture people genuinely enjoy being part of. Training & Education Coordinating MMUs (MyMarketer University) Workshops, Organizing recordings and resources, Helping source marketing and AI ideas, Updating our Knowledge Hub, Supporting internal documentation and playbooks. People Operations Helping with onboarding, Tracking milestones, Following up with team members, Helping keep internal systems organized, Supporting recurring operational workflows. Requirements Based in Mexico Advanced English (Writing, Speaking, and Comprehension) 3+ years of experience in one or more of the following: Marketing, Recruiting, Community Management, Marketing Operations, Agency Account Coordination Fast Home Internet A Personal Computer Comfortable with AI You must be: organized proactive warm and people-oriented a strong communicator comfortable managing details excited about marketing energized by helping others grow You might be a great fit if: You naturally bring energy into a room (even virtually) You enjoy spotting potential in people You’re the person who keeps things moving and follows through You like helping others feel included and connected You enjoy both people and process You’re curious about marketing and AI You enjoy building something and making it better over time Bonus if you have: experience recruiting marketers or creatives worked in an agency or marketing company managed community spaces or events experience with Trello / Google Workspace / AI tools Benefits and How to Apply You will have unlimited PTO in addition to standard US Holidays.
