2. About the Opportunity:

The Recruiter - Latin America Region is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment across Manufacturing and Commercial sectors in Latin America. This role partners with hiring managers and stakeholders to attract and hire qualified talent, leveraging market insights and strategic sourcing to build proactive talent pipelines. The position plays a critical role in supporting organizational growth by ensuring alignment with regional business needs and delivering a positive candidate experience.


3. Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for manager and professional-level positions across Latin America.
  • Develop and implement search strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Source candidates proactively through networking, research, outreach, referrals, and social media.
  • Conduct candidate pre-screening and behavioral assessments.
  • Present qualified candidates and hiring recommendations to managers.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring strategies and candidate profiles.
  • Maintain transparent and proactive communication throughout recruitment.
  • Work with HR partners and support functions to ensure seamless hiring.
  • Advise hiring managers on market intelligence and recruitment best practices.
  • Partner with Compensation and Benefits teams for competitive offer development.
  • Participate in offer presentations, negotiations, and closings.
  • Build and maintain professional networks and talent communities.
  • Analyze labor market conditions and translate insights into recruitment strategies.
  • Ensure a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Communicate the organization’s employee value proposition and culture.
  • Support employer-branding initiatives to attract diverse talent.


4. Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or related field preferred.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish required; Brazilian Portuguese preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in Latin America.
  • Knowledge of LATAM labor markets, employment practices, laws, and cultural considerations.
  • Ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems like Workday or Taleo.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Adaptability to changing business needs and priorities.
  • Proven ability to source and close passive candidates.
  • Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic mindset with independent work capability.
  • Experience building partnerships across organizational levels.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR) and Advanced Internet Recruiting Strategies (AIRS) certifications preferred.


5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

  • Anticipated salary range: $80,900 to $115,500.
  • Bonus eligible: No.
