We are seeking a talented and results-driven Recruiter to join our dynamic team on a contract basis, supporting our San Antonio, TX-based operations. This role is pivotal in managing full-cycle recruiting across a wide spectrum of positions—from skilled trades and labor roles to supervisory, executive, and business development hires.


Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee end-to-end recruitment for hourly, skilled trade, supervisory, and executive-level roles, including laborers, mechanics, welders, supervisors, business development, and C-suite positions.

- Optimize sourcing strategies using platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and sponsored campaigns to increase applicant quality and reduce cost-per-hire.

- Proactively build a talent pipeline and leverage data-driven approaches to shorten time-to-fill and improve retention.

- Partner closely with hiring managers to define job scorecards and ensure precise candidate targeting and culture/job fit using Culture Index surveys.

- Maintain accurate candidate and hire data in HRIS (Paylocity), ensuring data integrity across all recruiting touchpoints.

- Track and report on critical recruiting metrics, such as cost-per-hire, time-to-fill, source of hire, and retention by role, enabling continuous process improvement.

- Manage structured interviews, facilitate offer negotiations, and oversee the onboarding handoff, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.

- Recommend recruiting budget reallocations based on real-time source performance data.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years’ full-cycle recruiting experience spanning both blue-collar/skilled trade and professional/executive roles.

- Proficient in HRIS administration, including requisition management, reporting, and data troubleshooting.

- Demonstrated ability to recruit for U.S.-based roles remotely with a deep understanding of U.S. labor market platforms and employment eligibility requirements.

- Familiarity with Culture Index assessments or willingness to obtain training within 15 days.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong English proficiency.

- Data-driven mindset with proven ability to track and report recruiting metrics.
