Intalex is a specialist recruitment agency focused on helping high-growth tech businesses in the U.S. hire exceptional talent. We specialise in recruiting either Sales candidates or Marketing candidates, specifically in the SaaS industry.

We work fast, we’re process-driven, and we leverage automation and AI heavily.

We are looking to hire a detail-obsessed, execution-focused Recruiter / Talent Sourcer to support us in screening/speaking to candidates over video calls and sourcing qualified candidates across Software Sales and Marketing roles, primarily using LinkedIn Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities

• Screening candidates over video calls (Google Meets/Microsoft Teams)

• Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter (this is essential), using Boolean searches and LinkedIn filters.

• Accurately assess candidate fit against role requirements using filters and profile review

• Identify and map target companies for headhunting (including full team mapping when required)

• Support with ad-hoc recruitment and admin tasks where needed

Requirements (Must Haves!)

💪 You need to have sourced/placed Sales, Marketing, or Technology candidates into SaaS companies specifically. If you have not placed in to the SaaS industry and know how it works, then unfortunately you will not be considered.

⏰ Able to work US Business hours.

🗣️ Previous experience screening/interviewing candidates verbally, either over video calls or telephone

🔎 Proven experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter

✏️ Strong verbal and written English (zero tolerance for spelling or grammar errors)

✨ Pride in producing clean, accurate, well-reviewed work

Good to have

(not essential, as training will be provided)

• Experience recruiting SaaS roles, ideally Sales (AE, SDR, Sales Leadership) and/or Marketing

• Experience recruiting for US and/or European companies
