Are you an experienced recruiter who thrives on finding top talent and building strong professional relationships? We are looking for a Bilingual Recruiter to join our growing team and support full-cycle recruitment for a variety of positions across the United States in Logistics.

📍 Location: Remote – Colombia

🕒 Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Colombia Time)

What You'll Do:

✅ Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer stage

✅ Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms

✅ Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications, communication skills, and cultural fit

✅ Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs

✅ Partner closely with hiring managers to deliver top talent efficiently and effectively

✅ Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring process

What We're Looking For:

✔️ 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience within transportation and logistics

✔️ Strong headhunting and sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed

✔️ Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

✔️ Experience with ATS platforms and recruitment technology

✔️ Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
