Recruiter - Volume Hiring (BPO)

Job description We are looking for a new member of the Talent Acquisition team who will be responsible for Volume Hiring (Agent Level) . As such, you will be involved with the end-to-end recruitment process while ensuring quality of hires and meeting the organization's goals/targets . Aside from Talent Acquisition, this role will also focus on Documentation and Onboarding facets and may be assigned with other HR-related tasks as advised by the Immediate Superior. Talent Acquisition Tasks Overview: End-to-end process (Sourcing up to onboarding). Develop/improve recruitment strategies to ensure organizational targets are met. Collaborate with the talent acquisition team and different stakeholders regarding updates on talent acquisition activities, processes, and plans. Conduct new hires orientation in line with the company's core values. Qualifications/Must-haves (Skills and Competencies): Preferably a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources and/or Psychology or related field. At least 1 year experience in Talent Acquisition facets of HR. With at least B2 level in English Language Proficiency. Foundation in human resources operations, concepts, strategies, and processes. Must be willing to work on shifting schedule to meet both internal and external customers' need for support. (Mon-Fri shift | 5-working days in a week with different starting shifts) Must be willing to work onsite: Makati City. Strong work ethics/values: Integrity, Initiative, and Reliability. Able to work in a fast-paced working environment. Preferences (If you have these, it will give you an advantage for the position): Experience in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry and/or airline industry. Experience in volume hiring.
