Opportunity Overview:
Are you a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience? As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will support our Talent Acquisition team by managing the operational side of the full-cycle recruiting process for our property management positions. Partnering closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and operational leaders, you’ll keep every hire moving smoothly from job posting through onboarding. This fast-paced role is perfect for someone who thrives on process, follow-through, and helping a growing organization build great teams.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Create, post, and maintain job advertisements across recruiting platforms, ensuring each posting accurately reflects role requirements, compensation details, and our employment brand.
  • Maintain complete and accurate candidate records, partnering with recruiters to keep candidates engaged and informed throughout the hiring process.
  • Prepare and process offer letters and employment documentation, coordinate offer approvals, and follow up on outstanding items.
  • Initiate and monitor background checks and pre-employment screening, communicate status updates to recruiters and hiring managers, and escalate potential issues or delays.
  • Coordinate the handoff of accepted candidates to onboarding via JIRA tickets and email notifications, ensuring all requirements are complete so new hires are ready for their start date.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the in-house recruiting team, including hiring initiatives, recruiting events, and special projects.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows and create efficiencies.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

  • Prior recruiting coordination, HR, or administrative experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions and competing priorities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow established processes.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive candidate information with discretion.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
