About i2G Systems
i2G Systems was founded in 2013 with a mission to create value for our customers through enhancing the safety and security of their people, assets, and data. We execute seamlessly on end-to-end design, installation, integration, and maintenance services for large, complex, high-value facilities and campuses across the country — from data centers and hospitals to stadiums and higher education institutions.
We're not just building security systems — we're building secure futures. Our work protects critical infrastructure and some of the world's largest organizations, and so do the people behind it. i2G fosters a collaborative, no-blame culture where every voice is heard and every idea counts. High standards drive us forward, and innovation is a shared mindset that shapes everything we do — whether you're an experienced professional or just starting your career, you'll find real pathways for growth, mentorship, and leadership.
i2G recently joined forces with Kastle Systems (March 2025), combining i2G's deep industry expertise and execution capabilities with Kastle's national scale and managed services infrastructure — while preserving the culture, leadership, and customer commitments that built i2G. It's a genuinely exciting time to join a nationally recognized, mission-critical partner in the middle of significant growth.
About the Role
The Recruiting Coordinator is a newly created role and an integral part of i2G's Talent Acquisition function — the "glue" that holds the hiring process together as i2G scales. This role is responsible for the day-to-day administration of i2G's recruiting programs, including interview scheduling, reporting, temp/agency administration, and maintenance of i2G's applicant tracking system (iCIMS).
You'll keep candidates moving cleanly through the pipeline, ensure accuracy and compliance across every step, and help shape clear, consistent communication with candidates, hiring managers, and the broader team. This role works closely with i2G's HR Manager, the i2G Talent Acquisition team, Kastle's sourcing team, candidates and hiring managers across the business — making it a great seat for someone who wants visibility into how a growing organization hires at scale.
Position can be in Sterling, VA office or Plymouth, MI headquarters. Hybrid or fully remote on Eastern Time or Central Time Zones.
