We are looking for a Talent & Partnership Acquisition Specialist to help us recruit high-performing team members, affiliates, influencers, and strategic partners. This is a performance-driven role with significant bonus opportunities based on successful hires and partner activations. Responsibilities Talent Acquisition Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple departments and business units. Develop and execute hiring strategies to meet workforce and business growth goals. Manage, coach, and mentor recruiters, sources, and recruiting coordinators to achieve hiring targets. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through sourcing, networking, referrals, and employer branding initiatives. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, workforce planning, and job requirements. Monitor recruitment KPIs, including time-to-fill, quality of hire, offer acceptance rate, and hiring productivity. Ensure a consistent, efficient, and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Review resumes, conduct interviews, and support the selection of high-quality candidates for critical roles. Implement and improve recruitment processes, tools, and best practices to increase hiring efficiency. Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment databases, and hiring reports. Coordinate interview scheduling, offer approvals, negotiations, and onboarding hand offs. Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and hiring standards. Collaborate with HR, department leaders, and executives on workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies. Manage relationships with external recruiting partners, job boards, and staffing agencies when required. Prepare and present recruitment reports, hiring forecasts, and performance updates to leadership. Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent across multiple hiring channels. Drive continuous improvement through recruitment analytics, market trends, and competitive hiring insights. Affiliate & Influencer Partnerships Recruit influencers and content creators. Identify affiliate and referral partners. Conduct outreach through social media, email, and LinkedIn. Follow up and activate new partners. Maintain partnership records and reporting. Growth & Outreach Build prospect lists. Research communities and creator networks. Generate partnership opportunities. Support agency growth initiatives. Requirements Strong English communication skills C1. 5+ years experience in recruiting both local, usa and international talent Experience managing junior recruiters Experience with KPI and Metrics Experience in recruiting managers and executives, sales, outreach, business development, or influencer marketing. Comfortable with LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and email outreach. Highly organized and self-motivated. Results-oriented mindset. Previous experience in recruiting Benefits Compensation Base salary:$700-$850 usd per month Performance Bonuses: Uncapped OTE: $24000 per year​ Full-time Remote
