We're looking for a highly motivated Recruiting Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in the Philippines to help us grow our U.S. recruiting business.
This is a full-time remote position where you'll be speaking with business owners and hiring managers across the United States, introducing our recruiting services, and generating qualified sales opportunities.

What You'll Do
• Make cold calls to U.S.-based companies.
• Prospect using all channels like email and linkedin and qualify potential recruiting clients.
• Schedule meetings with decision-makers.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and activity.
• Work closely with the founder to improve messaging and sales processes.
What We're Looking For
✅ Excellent spoken and written English.
✅ Comfortable speaking with U.S.-based business owners and executives.
✅ Previous experience in outbound B2B sales, appointment setting, SDR, lead generation, or cold calling.
✅ Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
✅ Comfortable working full-time during U.S. business hours (Monday–Friday).
Recruiting experience is a plus, but not required. We can teach recruiting. We're primarily looking for someone with exceptional communication skills, strong work ethic, and the ability to sell.
