About the Role Integra Healthcare Equipment is seeking a Recruiting Specialist to join our Human Resources team and manage the full-cycle recruiting process. This role will partner closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, attract qualified candidates, conduct screenings, coordinate interviews, facilitate offers, and support a smooth transition to onboarding. The ideal candidate is an organized, proactive recruiter who enjoys building relationships, managing multiple priorities, and finding creative solutions for hard-to-fill positions. What You’ll Do Manage the full recruiting process from approved requisition through offer and onboarding handoff. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies. Source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, recruiting events, and community resources. Build and maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates. Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings. Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates and hiring managers. Provide hiring managers with qualified candidate recommendations and screening information. Develop targeted recruiting strategies for hard-to-fill and high-priority positions. Manage job postings and candidate activity within the ATS. Facilitate offer letters and track required pre-employment requirements, including background checks, MVRs, drug testing, physicals, and TB testing as applicable. Keep candidates and hiring managers informed throughout the hiring process. Maintain accurate recruiting records, candidate statuses, and dispositions. Assist with recruiting events, job fairs, and community workforce partnerships. Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and the candidate experience. Qualifications What We’re Looking For Required: 3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience. Experience sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organization, time management, and follow-through. Ability to manage multiple open positions and competing priorities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, and ATS/recruiting systems. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with an HR team. Preferred: Experience with Paycom or another HRIS/ATS. Experience recruiting for DME, medical equipment, or similar industries. Experience recruiting for high-volume or hard-to-fill positions. Experience with social media recruiting, job fairs, and community recruiting. Familiarity with pre-employment screening and background check processes. Experience tracking recruiting metrics.
