JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Manage full-cycle recruitment for hotel positions, partnering with hiring managers from requisition creation through offer acceptance. Source active and passive candidates through the applicant tracking system (Recruitment Manager), LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, and other creative sourcing methods. Create, post, and maintain job advertisements, ensuring requisitions remain accurate, competitive, and aligned with business needs. Conduct candidate phone screenings to evaluate qualifications, experience, and overall fit for the role and organization. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, proactively managing scheduling changes and ensuring a seamless interview process. Deliver a high-quality candidate experience through timely communication, interview confirmations, and consistent follow-up throughout the hiring process. Partner with hiring managers to provide market insights and recruiting recommendations that support hiring objectives. Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity Prepare and provide recruitment status updates to the Global Talent Director. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as company policies and procedures. Performs other duties as assigned EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Minimum of two years in talent acquisition or human resources support position strongly preferred High proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word Experience managing applicant tracking systems, working knowledge of ADP Vantage and Recruitment Manager (RM) or Ceridian Dayforce preferred KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES "Hands-on" approach to projects and initiatives Excellent interpersonal skills Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment Complete work both independently and as an effective member of the team, adapting to changing requirements, deadlines, and priorities as needed Communicate clearly and professionally through listening, speaking, and exceptional writing skills; remain professional and solutions-focused while interacting with others Critical success criteria include attention to detail, organized approach to work, effective time management and follow-through *The hiring process may consist of a phone interview, manager(s) interview, drug screen, background check, reference checks, and potential employment assessment.
