Every day, Randstad Digital is looking for IT-talent. We are seeking a talented and motivated Team Lead to join our Recruitment team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in our growth, leveraging your expertise to mentor, develop, and inspire a team of recruiters to achieve exceptional results. You will be instrumental in driving business development to upscale our business fast, fostering strong client relationships, and ensuring the delivery of top-tier recruitment services. This means that you get a lot of responsibilities within this challenging job.

What You'll Do:


Team Leadership and Development:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruitment consultants to achieve and exceed individual and team targets.
  • Grow the team both in FTE and revenue.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, training, and development to enhance team performance and expertise.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Identify and address skill gaps and implement strategies for continuous improvement.


Recruitment Process Management:

  • Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Ensure the team adheres to best practices and maintains high standards of quality and compliance.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Help to establish and improve processes and procedures.


Your profile:


What kind of profile are we looking for?

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of success.
  • Proven experience in leading and developing a recruitment team.
  • Strong understanding of the IT industry and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • You can express yourself easily in Dutch, French and English.
  • You are able to work from our office in Leuven (3 days per week) but are aware that we have a flexible “work from home” policy.
