A prestigious A&F staffing firm are hiring for a lead A&F recruiter to sit directly alongside their experienced Directors, as their lead executor in their Florida office. With huge earning packages, and hybrid WFH schedule.

A thriving desk, retained & exclusive relationships, without internal competition - and very large fees, where the average recruiter is billing $400,000, taking home a minimum of $200,000+

The ideal recruiter will specialise in A&F placements, into a variety of client bases, from financial services, retail and corporate clients. With client experience as a full desk consultant. With scope to build and expand teams - this role gives opportunity to grow into leadership and management.

The desk is inundated with roles to deliver on from day one, with no requirement for business development, covering both Direct Hire/Perm roles alongside a huge number of Contract/Temp roles to deliver upon too.

− Strong base salary, fully remote working, and very high commissions - you'll be sat in the hottest A&F recruiting seat Florida.

✓ Base salary: $75,000-$150,000

✓ High Commissions: 65% payout on your billings
