Together, we’re building a better future. About the role This is a great opportunity to join a busy, friendly and supportive recruitment function. You will work closely with our Recruitment Partner (Bertie) to deliver recruitment activity across the organisation. You will manage vacancies from start to finish, create adverts, shortlist with hiring managers, schedule interviews, manage candidate communication and support onboarding. You will also play a key part in our direct sourcing strategy, using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and proactive headhunting to find great people. A big part of the role is keeping processes moving, keeping candidates engaged and making sure everyone has a positive experience. Whether you come from an in‑house background or a recruitment agency background, we are open to hearing from you. Our very own Recruitment Partner originally joined on a fixed‑term contract from an agency and is now permanent, so we welcome people who want to grow and develop in an in‑house environment. Key responsibilities Work with hiring managers when recruitment needs are identified and support them through the process Manage new vacancies, ensuring approvals are in place and information is accurate Liaise with recruitment agencies when short‑term cover is needed, or additional support is required with sourcing. Create and post job adverts on TeamTailor and other platforms, including proactive sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter Release candidates for scoring, schedule interviews and manage all candidate communication Collate interview feedback and store securely in line with data retention requirements Manage candidate queries and work closely with People Operations to resolve them Support the offer and onboarding process to ensure candidates join smoothly Help keep candidates warm and engaged post‑offer to minimise non‑starters Deliver monthly recruitment reporting and provide insight to support improvements Keep up to date with recruitment trends and bring new ideas to SettleParadigm Support with recruitment administration and management of the recruitment inbox What you'll achieve Reduced time to fill/hire Increased direct hiring and reduced agency use Positive feedback from candidates Positive feedback from hiring managers Contribution to our internal hiring KPI What you’ll need Experience and skills Experience working in an in‑house recruitment team or a recruitment agency Ideally, you'll be comfortable using LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards to source candidates Passion for delivering a great colleague and candidate experience Proactive team player who can support colleagues during busy periods Ability to use initiative, work independently and adapt quickly Strong interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communication Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Commitment to high standards of integrity and professionalism Experience running reports or analysing data to inform improvements Confident with using an ATS / HRIS system (we use TeamTailor & Cezanne) Interest in developing a career in HR or recruitment HR or recruitment administration qualification, or equivalent experience Benefits At SettleParadigm, we believe in creating an environment where our people feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.
