Qualifications:
- At least 1 to 2 years experience in Technical and end to end recruitment.
- Proficient in Hiring, Recruiting, and sourcing qualified candidates.
- Experienced in conducting effective and professional Interviewing and evaluation techniques.
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with team members and candidates.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail and organization.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is an advantage.
- Relevant experience in talent acquisition or human resources is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
- This is a Direct Hire
