Salary: $2000 USD per month

We are a leading recruitment business seeking a driven and technically adept Recruitment Automations Engineer to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for architecting, building and maintaining our generative AI workflows and CRM integrations. You will work across modern platforms including n8n, Salesforce, Clay and Airtable driving high impact automation to streamline data sourcing, data enrichment, data classification and recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and manage end-to-end recruitment automations using n8n, Salesforce, Clay and Airtable.

Handle Salesforce administration including building and optimizing complex Salesforce Flows.

Develop, refine and deploy prompt engineering frameworks using various LLMs to automate candidate screening and communication.

Write and maintain JavaScript code and parse JSON structures for N8N nodes.

Integrate Clay recruitment workflows to automate high volume data enrichment and candidate pipelines where needed.

Monitor, troubleshoot and optimize automation workflows to ensure seamless performance and high data accuracy.

Who We’re Looking For:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related technical field.

Proven experience and hands-on knowledge of recruitment systems automation.

Strong experience with Salesforce administration and building Salesforce Flows.

Hands-on expertise in n8n automation engineering.

Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Clay recruitment automations and Airtable automations.

Proficiency in prompt engineering and practical experience integrating different LLMs into workflows.

Self motivated, detail oriented and highly organized with strong problem-solving capabilities.

Ability to work UK hours
