The Role
As Recruitment Business Partner, you will serve as the primary link between hiring managers and the wider recruitment delivery team. You will translate business priorities into effective hiring strategies while personally managing key recruitment projects and critical vacancies.
This is a varied and hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll recruit across a broad spectrum of positions ranging from shop floor, manufacturing and technical roles through to professional specialists and senior leadership appointments.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted recruitment partner to hiring managers across multiple European countries, developing and executing talent acquisition strategies aligned to workforce plans.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment activity across technical, operational, professional and leadership hiring requirements.
- Serve as the key point of contact between stakeholders and the wider recruitment delivery team, ensuring clear communication and seamless collaboration.
- Personally source, engage, assess and manage candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle for priority and difficult-to-fill roles.
- Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines across key European markets, tailoring sourcing approaches to local market conditions.
- Provide market intelligence, salary benchmarking and recruitment insights to support business decision-making.
- Monitor and deliver against agreed recruitment metrics, service levels and client expectations.
- Ensure compliance with local employment legislation, hiring policies and recruitment best practices across all regions supported.
- Champion an exceptional candidate experience and strengthen employer brand engagement throughout the hiring journey.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, helping enhance recruitment processes, tools and delivery quality across the account.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in RPO, in-house talent acquisition, or agency recruitment environments.
- Previous exposure to the automotive, manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or related sectors would be highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated success managing recruitment activity across multiple European countries and markets.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to challenge, influence and advise hiring leaders.
- A consultative approach combined with a hands-on delivery mindset.
- Excellent direct sourcing capabilities and experience recruiting for both high-volume and specialist positions.
- Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships across different cultures and levels of seniority.
- Fluent English is essential.
- Additional European language skills, particularly German, French or Polish, would be highly desirable.
- Self-motivated, proactive and comfortable working independently within a remote environment.
