Ellos HR Solutions, a Canadian recruitment agency specializing exclusively in manufacturing, is growing our team and looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant based anywhere in South Africa.
We recruit from the production floor to the boardroom, with a major focus on Skilled Trades, Engineering, Operations and Manufacturing Leadership across Ontario, Canada.
We're looking for someone who genuinely loves recruiting. Someone who enjoys headhunting, speaking with candidates, building relationships and developing a talent pool that becomes more valuable every month.
Who We're Looking For
✅ Ideally 2–5+ years of agency recruitment experience
✅ Experience recruiting for the Canadian, US, UK or Australian market is strongly preferred
✅ Manufacturing recruitment experience is a major advantage
✅ Experience recruiting Skilled Trades, Engineering, Technical or Industrial professionals is highly desirable
✅ Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities
✅ Excellent candidate interviewing and qualification skills
✅ Excellent spoken and written English
✅ Highly organized, proactive and comfortable working independently from home
✅ Someone who understands that great recruitment isn't only about filling today's vacancy. It's about building relationships with great candidates before you need them.
What You'll Be Doing
🔹 Headhunting and qualifying professionals across the Ontario manufacturing market
🔹 Recruiting Millwrights, Industrial Electricians, Automation/PLC professionals, Engineers, Operations professionals and Manufacturing Leaders
🔹 Interviewing candidates and understanding their technical background, compensation expectations and career objectives
🔹 Building specialized candidate pipelines and talent pools
🔹 Maintaining regular contact with strong candidates for future opportunities
🔹 Identifying opportunities to present qualified candidates across different clients and vacancies
🔹 Managing candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process
🔹 Working closely with our Canadian team on active searches and recruitment strategy
