Purpose of the role:
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will own the end-to-end hiring process for Atacana's global, fully remote team. You will attract top talent, build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings, and make sure every candidate has a smooth, professional experience from first contact to onboarding.
You will work closely with hiring managers and Atacana senior management, keep the recruitment process organized and transparent, and look for smarter ways to work by leveraging AI and automation tools.
Specifically, you will:
- Source and attract talent. Source, screen, and engage candidates for open roles across the business, and build a qualified talent pool for current and future needs.
- Own the recruitment lifecycle. Manage the end-to-end process for all global roles, from job posting and screening to offer and onboarding.
- Manage job postings and pipelines. Post and manage job openings and track candidate pipelines via Monday.com, keeping data accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate interviews. Communicate with candidates via email to determine availability, schedule interviews across time zones with hiring managers, and handle follow-ups throughout the process.
- Partner with hiring managers. Provide timely updates on candidate progress and pipeline status to hiring managers and senior management.
Minimum Requirements:
- 2+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (particularly Excel), Gmail, Calendly, and Monday.com
- Experience recruiting for global and/or remote teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Able to adapt schedule to work with candidates and hiring managers across the US, EU, and APAC

- High level of discretion when handling confidential candidate information
