WE’RE HIRING | Recruitment Consultant – Commerce & Financial Services

📍 Rosebank, Johannesburg | Hybrid (4 days in-office)

Are you an ambitious Recruitment Consultant with a passion for connecting top talent with exciting opportunities in the commerce and financial services sectors?

We’re looking for a driven, relationship-focused recruiter to join a growing team and take ownership of recruitment assignments from initial client engagement through to successful placement.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviews, offers and placements.
• Building strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Developing and maintaining a quality candidate pipeline within the commerce and financial services sectors.
• Identifying new business opportunities and growing existing client relationships.
• Managing multiple vacancies while delivering an exceptional recruitment experience.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in agency recruitment, ideally within commerce and financial services.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Excellent communication, networking and relationship-building abilities.
• A proactive, target-driven mindset with a passion for achieving results.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
