What You'll Be Doing Depending on business needs, you'll: Source, screen and interview quality candidates Manage recruitment assignments from brief through to placement Build trusted relationships with clients and candidates Attend client meetings and conduct face-to-face interviews when required Write engaging job advertisements and manage applicant pipelines Conduct reference checks and prepare candidate recommendations Identify and develop new business opportunities Deliver an exceptional recruitment experience with professionalism and integrity Requirements About You You're someone who enjoys recruitment, thrives on building relationships, and is confident managing your own workload.
