RECSEEKERS are partnering with a high-growth Education Technology business that is modernising the way schools access recruitment and staffing support.
Backed by significant investment and operating across multiple markets, they’ve built a technology-led platform that gives recruiters the tools, data and automation to work more efficiently - allowing them to spend more time winning business, building relationships and growing their desk.
They’re now looking for experienced Education recruiters to join the team as they continue to scale.
THE OPPORTUNITY
This is not your typical agency recruitment role.
You’ll have the autonomy to develop your own market, build and grow your desk, and develop long-term relationships with schools, trusts and education groups.
Rather than being weighed down by outdated processes, you’ll have access to technology, automation, data and support designed to make recruiters more effective.
The focus is simple: give good recruiters the platform to bill more.
WHAT THEY’RE LOOKING FOR
They’re looking for experienced Education recruiters who already understand how to build a desk and generate revenue.
You’ll ideally have a strong billing track record, a proven ability to win and grow accounts, and the commercial mindset to make the most of a high-autonomy environment.
Experience in Education recruitment is essential.
