Noel Group, a division of the Facilitas Group, is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant or Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Hospitality Recruitment team.

As part of our established hospitality division, you will partner with some of Ireland's leading hotels, restaurants, catering providers, contract catering companies, and hospitality groups, helping them secure exceptional talent across management and operational positions.

The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant / Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will:

• Manage and grow relationships with existing hospitality clients
• Develop new business opportunities across hotels, restaurants, catering, events, and food service sectors
• Source, attract and engage hospitality professionals at all levels
• Recruit for positions including General Managers, Operations Managers, Executive Chefs, Head Chefs, Sous Chefs, Food & Beverage Managers, Accommodation Managers, Sales & Marketing professionals and other key hospitality personnel
• Conduct interviews, manage candidate pipelines and deliver an exceptional recruitment experience
• Build and maintain a strong network within the hospitality industry
• Attend industry events, networking functions and client meetings
• Develop and execute business development strategies to grow your desk and exceed targets

About You

• Minimum 1-2 years' recruitment experience within an agency environment
• Experience recruiting within hospitality is desirable but not essential
• Proven track record in 360 recruitment, including business development and account management
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills
• Commercially focused with the ability to identify and win new business opportunities
• Passion for delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates
• Self-motivated, organised, and results-driven
• Ambitious with a desire to develop your career within a market-leading recruitment business
