Arius Recruit is a specialist UK technology recruitment business, and we're looking for a Recruitment Consultant – Talent Delivery to work directly with our Recruitment Director.

This is a candidate-focused recruitment role. The majority of the job is about finding, engaging and managing great candidates for live UK technology sales roles - not winning new clients or cold calling companies.

We don't work like a traditional high-volume recruitment agency. Our assignments are exclusive or retained, so the focus is on genuinely understanding the market, headhunting the right people and delivering an excellent service to candidates and clients.

What you'll be doing

• Sourcing and headhunting candidates for live UK vacancies
• Using LinkedIn Recruiter, our CRM, databases and AI sourcing tools
• Identifying and proactively approaching passive candidates
• Researching target companies and talent markets
• Speaking with, screening and interviewing candidates
• Managing candidates throughout recruitment processes
• Managing job adverts, applications and inbound candidate enquiries
• Supporting the Recruitment Director on senior and executive searches
• Preparing candidate information and video interviews for clients
• Taking references
• Keeping our CRM and candidate records accurate and up to date
• Building strong candidate pipelines and talent pools

You'll work closely with the Recruitment Director on senior assignments, while taking increasing ownership of candidate delivery across other roles.

Your previous experience

Ideally, you'll have around 2–3 years' agency recruitment experience with experience of the UK market, perhaps as a Recruitment Consultant, Delivery Consultant, Resourcer, Talent Sourcer or Candidate Manager.

You'll need:

• Strong sourcing and headhunting experience
• Experience proactively approaching passive candidates
• Good LinkedIn Recruiter/search skills
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Confidence speaking with professional and senior candidates
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• The ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
• Curiosity, persistence and a genuine enjoyment of finding hard-to-find candidates

Experience recruiting technology, SaaS or B2B sales would be particularly useful, but isn't essential.

• R25,000–R30,000 basic salary per month, depending on experience
• Uncapped commission – realistic OTE R45,000–R50,000+ per month
