Talent Delivery Partner

Position: Talent Delivery Partner Working Hours: 11AM- 8:00pm SAST Full-Time, Remote Work. Salary: South African Rand (ZAR) Support final candidate delivery, client coordination, interview management, and placement workflow progression to ensure candidates and clients move efficiently through the final stages of the recruitment process. The Talent Delivery Partner acts as the operational bridge between: Candidates Clients Recruitment HR Operations This role is responsible for maintaining placement momentum, ensuring excellent communication throughout final stages, and delivering a professional candidate and client experience. The Talent Delivery Partner also plays an active role in client interview participation, interview coordination, and workflow visibility. Key Responsibilities Conduct final candidate engagement and readiness discussions Prepare candidates for client interviews Ensure candidates fully understand: Role expectations Client requirements Interview preparation Process timelines Maintain candidate communication throughout final recruitment stages Ensure candidates remain engaged and committed during placement process Support candidate relationship management and experience Client Interview Coordination Coordinate and schedule client interviews Book separate interview sessions per client requirement Ensure all interviews are confirmed with: Candidates Clients Recruitment team Ensure all interview details are added into shared recruitment calendars accessible to relevant stakeholders Maintain interview scheduling accuracy and visibility Coordinate interview reminders and confirmations Escalate interview conflicts, cancellations, or delays quickly Client Interview Participation & Feedback Management Sit in on client interviews where required Support interview flow and candidate positioning Assist in maintaining professional communication during interviews Support alignment between candidate and client expectations Assist with interview feedback gathering and follow-up Conduct a short 10-minute feedback discussion with the client immediately after interviews where possible Gather interview outcomes, concerns, and next-step feedback quickly to maintain placement momentum Ensure interview feedback is updated and communicated internally timeously Support improved placement conversion through active recruitment participation Placement Momentum & Workflow Management Follow up on client feedback and interview outcomes Maintain momentum across final recruitment stages Ensure workflow movement remains efficient and visible Escalate delays affecting placement speed or onboarding readiness Support operational handover readiness Assist with final placement coordination activities Recruitment Administration & Coordination Update recruitment workflow stages accurately in Workable Maintain candidate and client communication records Ensure interview notes and feedback are updated timeously Support tracker and workflow visibility maintenance Coordinate closely with Alicia, Kayleigh, and Michelle Ensure operational accuracy throughout placement stages Technical Competencies Strong interview coordination and scheduling capability Experience managing recruitment workflows and ATS systems (preferably Workable) Strong candidate and client communication ability Recruitment administration and workflow coordination experience Strong calendar management and organisational skills Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously Understanding of recruitment lifecycle and placement process Behavioural Competencies Strong relationship-building skills Excellent verbal and written communication High attention to detail Strong organisational and coordination ability Calm under pressure in fast-paced environments Strong follow-through and accountability Candidate and client service-oriented mindset Proactive and solutions-driven approach Professional and confident stakeholder engagement ability Fraud Disclaimer: ReWorks Solutions will never request payment during recruitment or require in-person office visits.
