Recruitment Coordinator Pay: £35,000 per year Job Type: Permanent, full-time, 45 hours per week Location: London – a mix of HQ, our stores and remote working Reports to: Head of People Help us find the brilliant people who will build the next chapter of atis. atis is growing, and great people are right at the heart of where we’re going next. We’re looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our People team and get right into the heart of the business. This isn’t a role where you post an advert and wait for the applications to roll in. You’ll be out there finding people. Searching. Headhunting. Starting conversations. Building relationships. Creating talent pipelines before we even need them. And spending time in our stores so you properly understand our teams, our culture and what makes someone brilliant at atis. And importantly, we’re looking for someone we can develop. You don’t need to arrive knowing everything. We want someone with a strong foundation in recruitment, loads of potential and the hunger to get really good at it. Someone curious, proactive and commercially switched on who wants to build their career as atis grows. What you’ll be doing You’ll work closely with our Head of People, hiring managers and operational teams to help us find brilliant people across atis. You’ll proactively source and approach candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and direct outreach. You’ll build pipelines for the roles we recruit again and again, screen and interview candidates, manage multiple vacancies and keep recruitment moving from the initial brief right through to offer. You’ll also get to know our stores and our people properly. That means understanding what each team needs, spotting where the best talent is coming from and helping managers make great hiring decisions. We want recruitment to be ahead of the business rather than constantly reacting to vacancies. You’ll thrive here if you are: A natural people person who loves finding and talking to great people Already working in recruitment, resourcing or talent acquisition and ready for your next step Confident proactively approaching candidates rather than relying on applications Curious and willing to hunt for talent when the obvious routes aren’t working Organised enough to keep multiple vacancies moving at the same time Comfortable picking up the phone and starting conversations Someone who communicates clearly, openly and always with kindness Happy working at pace and taking ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do Commercially minded and interested in understanding the business, not only filling vacancies Excited to learn, develop and grow your recruitment career with us Experience in hospitality, retail, leisure or another fast-paced, multi-site business would be brilliant, but potential, attitude and the ability to learn matter to us too.
