Role Description The Recruitment Coordinator (Target based) is a full-time remote role responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle and meeting defined hiring targets. This role involves sourcing candidates through various channels, screening applications, coordinating and conducting interviews, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. The Recruitment Coordinator will maintain regular communication with clients to understand role requirements, provide status updates, and ensure alignment with hiring goals. Daily responsibilities include updating applicant tracking tools, managing candidate pipelines, delivering consistent candidate and client support, and collaborating with internal teams to improve recruitment strategies and outcomes.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to build positive relationships with candidates and clients.
• Candidates should possess Hiring experience and Interviewing skills to manage recruitment processes effectively and meet target-based goals.
• Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal, to coordinate with stakeholders and document recruitment activities.
• Candidates should possess basic proficiency with applicant tracking systems, spreadsheets, and online recruitment platforms.
• Relevant experience in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition, or HR support is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, prioritize tasks, and meet performance targets and deadlines.
• A diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
