About Us

Inbound Talent is a specialist recruitment agency working exclusively across telecoms and IT managed services, with a particular focus on the fast-growing LEO satellite and Starlink reseller space, a niche we spotted early and where we currently work without a single direct competing agency.

Founded in 2024, we've already more than doubled our billings this year. We do that on the back of a 90%+ fill rate, against an industry average closer to 35%, and long-term client relationships built on doing genuinely good work, not volume for its own sake.

We're now growing our South Africa-based delivery team, and we're looking for our next Recruitment Delivery Consultant to join us.

The Role

This is a delivery-focused role, not a business development one. You won't be expected to bring in your own clients from day one. Instead, you'll own the recruitment process on live roles handed to you by our consultants: finding great candidates, managing them through the process, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. As you build real expertise in our niche, there's a genuine path to growing into a full 360 consultant role with your own client relationships and commission, or moving into a leadership role within our delivery function.

Day to day, you'll:

• Source and screen candidates for live roles across our telecoms and IT MSP client base
• Manage candidate pipelines from first contact through to placement
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offers between candidates and clients
• Keep our CRM accurate and genuinely up to date
• Work closely with our consultants to understand exactly what a great fit looks like for each client

What We're Looking For

• Experience in recruitment, resourcing, or another candidate-facing role - agency background is a plus
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Naturally organised with high attention to detail, with the discipline to keep a CRM properly maintained
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-moving environment
• Genuine curiosity about tech and telecoms, you don't need to be an expert coming in, but you should want to become one
