Recruitment Executive - Night Shift (Freshers Only)

About: Are you eager to launch a career in international corporate talent acquisition? We are looking for high-energy, ambitious freshers to join our US Talent Acquisition team as Recruitment Executives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Candidate Sourcing: Learn and utilize major US job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn Recruiter, and internal ATS tools to identify qualified candidates for direct client requirements.
• Screening & Qualifying: Conduct phone screens and preliminary interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, work authorization, salary/rate expectations, and cultural fit.
• Tax Term & Compliance Learning: Master the fundamentals of US employment tax structures (W2, C2C, 1099) and work authorizations (US Citizen, Green Card, H-1B, EAD).
• Pipeline & CRM Management: Maintain candidate submittal trackers, schedule client interviews, collect Right to Represent (RTR) agreements, and ensure 100% database hygiene.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with senior recruiters and account managers to ensure rapid, high-quality candidate submissions.
  

Must Have:

• Education: 2024, 2025, or 2026 Graduates — Any discipline (BBA, B.Com, B.Tech, B.Sc, MBA, etc.).
• Experience: 0–6 Months — Freshers and early-career candidates looking for a corporate launchpad.
• Communication: Exceptional spoken and written English communication skills with a confident, professional phone presence.
• Mindset: Highly resilient, curious, self-motivated, and coachable—recruitment is a fast-paced, target-driven function.
• Shift Readiness: 100% committed to working the permanent US night shift (IST evening/night).

• Fully Remote: Work from anywhere in India.

Compensation:

• Fixed Salary: ₹1,80,000 – ₹2,40,000 PA (Based on interview assessment).
