This isn’t your standard recruitment role.
We’re looking for a strong, experienced, people-first Recruiter to join a growing organisation where you’ll have genuine influence over how talent is attracted, selected and retained - and plenty of room to make the role your own.
You’ll spend around 90% of your time in Talent Acquisition, recruiting across a diverse mix of roles and locations. We are looking for someone who loves to think outside of the box when recruiting, enjoys building relationships with stakeholders and is excited about working in a less corporate work environment.
What makes this role different?
You’ll be the person who brings fresh eyes to the TA function. Someone who can confidently ask “Why do we do it this way?” and then find a better way.
You’ll have the opportunity to:
- Own recruitment end-to-end, with a strong focus on quality, compliance and candidate experience.
- Build strong relationships with hiring leaders, candidates and the broader business.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, challenge the status quo and introduce new ideas.
- Manage the compliance side of recruitment, including WWCC checks, vaccinations and other role-specific requirements.
- Bring your expertise to an environment that may sometimes move a little slower — and help create momentum.
You’re an experienced recruiter who knows great talent when you see it. You will have previous internal TA experience and understand the importance of compliance.
Most importantly, you’re:
- Strong on relationships and confident building trust across an organisation.
- Highly organised and compliance-driven.
- Curious, commercially minded and always looking for a better way.
- Comfortable working across a diverse range of roles and locations.
- Professional, proactive and willing to roll up your sleeves.
The way you’ll work:
This is a highly relationship-based role, and the team are on-site in the lower north shore office minimum 3 days a week, with 1–2 days working from home. Once you’re established and up to speed, there’s scope for greater WFH flexibility.
We’re also flexible on hours — whether that’s 8am–4pm, 8:30am–5:30pm or 9am–5pm, we’ll find what works.
*Please note that this role is based on the lower north shore of Sydney and you must be able to easily get to this location at least 3 days per week.
If you’re a recruiter who is looking for their TA home in a supportive and collaborative team, working within a truly fun and exciting organisation, we would love to hear from you.
Please APPLY NOW, or alternatively you can send your CV directly to chloebowditch@future-you.com.au and I will be in touch for a confidential conversation.
