As a Recruitment Operations Coordinator, you will:
- Conduct daily targeted searches on Indeed to identify active public accounting and legal professionals across designated US regions.
- Engage qualified candidates by crafting personalized outreach messages and promptly organizing intro phone calls with recruitment consultants.
- Manage CRM data accuracy by logging all candidate profiles, interactions, and records into Monday.com.
- Distribute registered candidate profiles efficiently to targeted client send lists within established daily deadlines.
- Build and validate high-quality client lists to optimize outreach for responsive partner firms.
Non-negotiables
- Proven experience in administrative support, sourcing, or recruitment operations.
- Excellent written communication skills for crafting high-touch, professional outreach messages.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a strong comfort level in meeting daily and weekly activity targets.
- High attention to detail regarding data entry, CRM management, and candidate distribution workflows.
- Strong time-management capabilities to effectively handle high-volume administrative tasks.
- Hands-on experience with Monday.com or similar modern recruitment CRM platforms.
- Prior experience utilizing Indeed Resume or active candidate sourcing tools.
- Familiarity with the US corporate landscape, specifically public accounting or legal sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate remotely and provide transparent progress updates across global teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and initiative in building and validating target client lists.
