Join a high performing and best-in-class Talent Acquisition team as a Recruitment Partner and help us drive end to end recruitment for our client in the Renewable Energy sector. This is a Hybrid work arrangement, with 3 days onsite (Pasay City) and 2 days remote work. This role will give you the chance to work with a range of stakeholders and build strategic relationships with business counterparts and leaders.

You will play a pivotal role in providing expertise on end-to-end recruiting, partnering with your colleagues, and hiring managers to promote and educate others around the use of strategic sourcing methods and provide great candidate experience.



What you’ll do:

• Deliver across the entire end to end recruitment life cycle. Experience and background recruiting in the shared services space (GSS) and local corporate roles
• Managing multiple stakeholders and partner closely with hiring managers to deliver a best-in-class recruitment process
• Provide guidance and counsel beyond the recruitment process, advising on market insights, trends, and competitor movements
• Develop impeccable candidate experiences and drive brand engagement
• Build, nurture and grow your strategic talent pools

You’ll be someone who can bring:

• Proven years of experience working in end-to-end recruitment, volume recruitment, talent mapping and talent pooling. Gained from either an RPO, internal, or executive search firm
• Experience recruiting in more fast paced environments, delivering high volume of candidates for manufacturing and commercial roles
• Expert level skills in active and passive candidate sourcing, utilising multiple sourcing channels and approaches
• Experience managing senior stakeholders with excellent communication and presentation skills
