We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Resourcer to join our dynamic talent acquisition team, dedicated to supporting a leading pharmaceutical company expanding its footprint across Asia. This role is pivotal in identifying and engaging top-tier talent for product development and commercial sales roles in diverse markets such as Japan, China, South Korea, India, and Southeast Asia.

You’ll be the linchpin between our recruitment strategy and candidate pipeline, helping to build high-performing teams that drive innovation and growth in the pharmaceutical space.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing:

• Use advanced sourcing techniques to identify qualified candidates for product development and sales roles across Asia.
• Leverage job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and local talent platforms.

Market Mapping & Talent Intelligence:

• Conduct research on regional talent pools, competitor hiring trends, and salary benchmarks.
• Build and maintain talent maps for strategic hiring initiatives.

Candidate Engagement:

• Initiate contact with potential candidates, conduct screening calls, and assess suitability.
• Maintain a warm and professional candidate experience throughout the process.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR partners to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
• Support the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including interview coordination and feedback management.

Database Management:

• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Ensure compliance with data protection and regional employment regulations.

🎯 Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience in recruitment resourcing, preferably within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare sectors.
• Familiarity with product development and sales functions is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of Asian talent markets and cultural nuances.
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in an Asian language is a plus.
• Tech-savvy with experience using ATS, CRM tools, and sourcing platforms.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently across time zones.
