About The Role

We are seeking a proactive and innovative Recruitment Professional to join our dynamic People-team. In this role, you will take ownership of the entire hiring journey, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new employees, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for all stakeholders. Your primary focus will be on attracting the right talent, including hard-to-find profiles, and building strong relationships with potential candidates, educational institutions, communities, and partners. You will serve as the face of Voys in the labor market, actively exploring new sourcing channels and creative recruitment strategies. Internally, you will collaborate closely with teams to understand their needs, refine role profiles, and ensure the right fit. You will also analyze recruitment metrics, optimize processes, and leverage innovative tools, including AI, to make recruitment smarter and more efficient. Qualifications

• Several years of experience in Recruitment & Selection, Talent Acquisition, or a related field
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with candidates and colleagues
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
• Fluent in Dutch and English at a professional level
• Experience with international recruitment and technical roles is advantageous
• Interest in innovative recruitment methods and tools, including AI
• Self-motivated with a proactive mindset and a willingness to take initiative
• Comfortable working in self-managing, open organizational structures
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Willingness to actively participate in external events, such as career fairs and networking sessions
  
  

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and contract negotiations
• Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to reach passive and active candidates
• Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, communities, and external partners
• Represent Voys at events, fairs, and industry gatherings to enhance employer branding
• Collaborate with teams to understand their hiring needs and advise on role profiles and candidate fit
• Analyze recruitment metrics and continuously optimize sourcing channels and processes
• Explore and implement innovative recruitment tools and AI solutions to improve efficiency
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process and follow-up on new hire integration and retention
• Contribute to a positive candidate experience and uphold Voys’ employer brand

• Competitive salary aligned with experience, ranging between €3,658 and €5,022 gross per month for a 40-hour workweek
