Due to the ongoing success of our Technology Contract Recruitment team, we are now recruiting for an ambitious, motivated and hardworking Recruitment Resourcer. This position will play a vital role sourcing and generating candidates within the Technology sector, and you will join a dynamic and collaborative group who are passionate about connecting exceptional tech professionals with exciting contract opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Working closely with our experienced Technology team, assisting with candidate sourcing and generation. Being pro-active in developing market maps of key candidates, identifying and engaging high-quality candidates. Co-ordinating calls, interviews and supporting the candidate screening process. Owning and supporting administrative duties of the team, maintaining accurate information across CRM, LinkedIn and other internal systems. Ad-hoc tasks that include process improvement and working with the operations team. Requirements: 1+ years’ experience in a similar or customer-facing role preferred. Excellent work ethic, positive attitude and real willingness to learn and contribute. Ability to work in a fast, high-pressured environment. Strong communicator in all forms and enjoy working with people. Self-motivated, sincere and ability to use initiative.
