We're looking for a Recruitment Resourcer who knows how to source, vet, and place candidates across pharmaceutical, medical device, and life sciences manufacturing environments. You'll work end-to-end across the recruitment lifecycle, from job brief through to placement and beyond.
This is a chance to specialise in a niche, high-demand corner of recruitment — supporting high-volume campaigns for regulated manufacturing facilities while building your own active talent pools of GMP-trained professionals.
