Full-Time Recruitment Specialist

We are looking for another full-time Recruitment Specialist to support our hiring process by conducting pre-screening interviews, engaging with applicants, headhunting candidates, and coordinating interviews.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, identifying strong candidates, and matching the right individuals to the right opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-screening interviews with potential candidates.
• Assess candidate suitability based on role requirements and experience.
• Headhunt and proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Engage with potential candidates and introduce suitable opportunities.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews efficiently.
• Communicate professionally with candidates via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Follow up with applicants throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records using Google Sheets and internal systems.
• Ensure candidates have a positive and professional experience throughout the hiring process.
• Complete basic recruitment administration and other tasks as required.
• Work closely with the recruitment team to meet hiring targets and deadlines.

Requirements

• Previous experience in recruitment, customer service, sales, or a related role.
• Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter is a must.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking with candidates over the phone.
• Confident approaching and engaging potential candidates.
• Strong candidate assessment and people skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• High attention to detail when handling candidate information and records.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond quickly to tasks.
• Previous recruitment experience is an advantage but not required if the candidate has strong sourcing, sales, or communication experience.

We’re Hiring: Full-Time Position (Paid Training Provided)

We are offering a long-term,remote full-time role with full paid training and clear opportunities for growth within the company.

Compensation: $600–$1,200 monthly, depending on experience and performance.
