Recruitment Specialist - Blades

We’re looking for a dedicated Blades technicians Recruiter to join our dynamic Sourcing team in Poland/Szczecin . In this role, you’ll play a vital part in supporting our global wind projects by ensuring the right technicians are placed at the right time and place to deliver safe, compliant, and high-performance work. Responsibilities Source, screen, and match candidates to technical project needs in close collaboration with Operations and Planning teams. Manage job advertisements, applications, and interview coordination for blade roles. Maintain and update a comprehensive international technician database, ensuring candidate certifications and compliance are tracked. Build a steady pipeline of skilled Blade technicians aligned with current and future project requirements. Coordinate with third-party recruitment suppliers and manage candidate agreements and onboarding. Develop and refine sourcing strategies to improve candidate quality and speed to hire. Support ongoing workforce planning and forecasting alongside project planners. Use internal systems and digital tools for candidate tracking and reporting. Assist in general recruitment admin and support ad-hoc hiring needs as they arise. You hold a relevant qualification, ideally in HR or recruitment, and have hands-on experience recruiting technical personnel—preferably in the wind, energy, construction, or engineering sectors. You also bring: Strong understanding of technical job profiles and workforce requirements Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Structured and detail-oriented approach to managing data and candidate pipelines Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Fluency in English (additional European languages are a plus) Confidence using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms A team-oriented, proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement We prioritize safety above all.
