Job Summary:

This position is accountable for assisting the recruiters with candidates from interview stage to date of hire, participation in a variety of projects, and supporting all recruitment activities. Is responsible for creating electronic file, coordination of interviews and the background check process. Provides a great candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process. Researches and assists in creative website advertising. Works in collaboration with the Recruitment team to meet Valley Children's Healthcare goals of attracting and retaining a highly skilled workforce.

Qualifications:


Education

  • College Degree - 4 year (required)


Work Experience

  • Minimum two (2) years Related experience or completion of a Valley Children's recruitment internship (required)
  • Experience creating, managing, and monitoring social media content and engagement for an organization (preferred)


Skills and Abilities

  • Computer Skills Proficient skills in Word/Excel
  • High-level interpersonal skills to develop and maintain a high level of professionalism and honesty while building credibility, trust and respect with both internal and external constituents.
  • Attention to detail, organized, accurate and efficient with system entry.

Additional Job Details

  • This is a hybrid role, with an expectation of being on site 2-3 days per week or as needed to support operational and team requirements.
