We work across France and Europe, conducting 360° revenue audits and supporting organizations in structuring their sales, marketing, operations, and recruitment to unlock growth.

We’re now looking for a sharp, proactive, and structured operator to join our remote team.

Mission:

Identify, engage and qualify the right talent through proactive sourcing, while delivering a smooth candidate experience from first contact.

What You’ll Do

• Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases and outbound outreach.
• Conduct cold outreach to prospective candidates.
• Screen and qualify candidates against role requirements.
• Present opportunities, manage candidate engagement and coordinate the recruitment process.
• Manage pipelines, follow-ups and CRM.

What We’re Looking For

• Recruitment background, plus experience in SDR/BDR or business development
• Strong cold-calling skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English
• French fluency is a strong advantage
• CRM and pipeline management experience.
