RedLegg is seeking a quota-carrying Regional Account Manager to drive net-new business acquisition within an assigned territory. This is a hunter-focused individual contributor role responsible for creating pipeline, opening new accounts, and closing cybersecurity services opportunities. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of prospecting, building pipeline from scratch, winning new logos, and managing complex sales cycles with security and technology leaders. Experience selling cybersecurity consulting, assessments, compliance, offensive security, managed security services, MDR, or related cybersecurity solutions is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and grow an assigned geographic territory.
  • Generate net-new business through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, events, and partner relationships.
  • Build and maintain relationships with CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, IT leaders, and security decision-makers.
  • Develop and execute territory plans focused on new-logo acquisition.
  • Create and manage a qualified pipeline sufficient to achieve and exceed quota.
  • Position RedLegg's cybersecurity consulting, compliance, offensive security, managed security, and risk management services.
  • Lead opportunities through the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution.
  • Accurately manage pipeline, forecasting, and sales activity within CRM.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed revenue and new-business goals.

Preferred Experience

  • 3+ years of quota-carrying cybersecurity, security services, MSSP, MDR, consulting, managed services, or technology sales experience.
  • Demonstrated success winning net-new logos and opening new accounts.
  • Proven history of self-generating pipeline through prospecting and outbound activity.
  • Experience selling cybersecurity services, assessments, penetration testing, compliance, vCISO, MDR, managed security, incident response, or related offerings.
  • History of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience managing complex B2B sales cycles involving executive stakeholders.
  • Experience selling to CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, security leaders, or enterprise technology buyers.
