Regional C-PMO Lead - Colombia

For one of our top global clients, we are looking for a PMO Lead with experience in change management based in Colombia, to join a long-term strategic project within a global digital transformation program.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic regional PMO/CMO partner for Business and Digital leaders, providing visibility into program status, risks, dependencies, and priorities.
• Manage regional risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations, ensuring effective mitigation plans are in place.
• Drive and ensure compliance with global governance, reporting, quality, and delivery standards.
• Lead Organizational Change Management initiatives to ensure the successful adoption and sustainability of implemented changes.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery across Business, IT/Digital, Finance, Supply Chain, P&C, and other key stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5+ years experience leading PMOs, portfolios, or transformation programs in complex international environments.
• Experience working with senior business and technology stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage governance, risks, dependencies, and delivery across large multi-country programs.
• Hands-on experience in Organizational Change Management and transformation adoption initiatives.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.

Contract Details

• Location: Bogotá (100% remote with occasional onsite visits)
• Start Date: September 2026
• Duration: Long-term with option to extend
• Contract Type: Service Contract with Huxley
