Semi Senior Project Manager at BairesDev

In the Semi Senior Project Manager role, utilize your growing experience to manage complex projects. You'll be key in driving project planning, execution, and closure, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget, while navigating challenges and stakeholder expectations.

What you will do

- Lead and manage complex software development projects, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.

- Develop detailed project plans, defining scope, goals, deliverables, resources, and timelines.

- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues that arise during the project lifecycle.

- Implement and manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs.

- Mentor junior project managers and team members in project management best practices.

- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including presenting project status updates to senior management and clients.

What we are looking for

- 3+ years of experience in project management, specifically in software development.

- Proven experience in delivering software projects on time and within budget.

- Experience with risk management and change management in projects.

- Advanced knowledge of Agile methodologies and the ability to apply them effectively.

- Basic IT infrastructure and software architecture knowledge.

- Experience in resource allocation and team management.

- Familiarity with project reporting and documentation standards.

- Advanced level of English.
